Age Timeline - Applejack

Long time no see, uh? I'm sorry ^^" Well, I finally finished the age timeline thing for the Mane 6 and I'm kind of free again now! xD Applejack's was fun to draw - mainly because she's my favourite character, but also because I f*cking love her mane and I just love drawing it. I don't know why, but it's so easy to "play" with, I mean, it feels so dynamic in any pose. AAAAAAAAAnd now that I'm done with strutting around, here's the headcanon for my favourite girl :3



3 Years Old
Little Jacqueline Golden Apple loved her family and always wanted to spend her day with her parents, carried on her father's back or clung around her mother's neck. She was too small to help her brother, who was at the time 5 years old, so she patiently waited, sitting on a stump, for somepony to pick her up. Well, until she lost patience (and she didn't have much) and started whining to draw attention. As a filly, Applejack had an incredibly stormy relationship with anypony that wasn't her brother, grandmother or parents and she showed this facet of her personality more than once during foalhood.

8 Years Old
Now strong enough to work (well, she started working when she was 6, but anyway), Applejack enjoyed planting seeds and bouncing around her brother while he was towing the plow. Not so amusing for him, but he liked seeing her always happy and smiling. And now that June's puppies were grown up, the tiny shepherd dogs could play with the foals, as well. Big Mac loved racing with them and usually ended up making them win. Applejack, instead, preferred petting them and inventing silly stories, imagining they were kings, heroes and wild beasts... June watched those scenes always a little worried, but she was often comforted by Clover's gentle hoof on her head. The shepherd dog never bit her "adopted" cubs, but she liked Boxer and Clover's company much more. 

15 Years Old
As if Clover's death wasn't enough, some time later Boxer passed out as well. Apple Bloom was the most devastated by these news and she was the one who showed this most, as well. Big MacIntosh hid all of his feelings (and became more and more silent since then), whereas Applejack was angry. When nopony was around, she trotted to the fields and bucked apple trees until she was so tired she couldn't stand on four legs. She hit the trunks so hard that she left marks of her hooves on the cortex. Sometimes, instead, she preferred running the fastest she could run to the edge of the farm's estates, pulling away blades of grass every time the hooves touched the ground. After letting all of her repressed emotions out, she walked back home and lay down on the couch, wondering why life was so unfair. It took her a lot of time to overcome this traumatic phase.

21 Years Old
The Applejack we know nowadays. The strong, beautiful and (of course) honest mare that runs the farm together with her brother. She loves working hard and her being friends with the "newest" Alicorn Princess gave her something to sink her teeth into. Her earnings improved a lot, but she can always find some time to spend with her best friends. 

26 Years Old
After many doubts, difficulties and uncertainties, Applejack finally devolves all of her trust to Rainbow Dash, the Pegasus she's been in love with for years. And her choice proves to be the best thing she could've have ever done, or so her melting heart told her when she stared in amazement at the kneeling Pegasus before her, who, with a tear in her eye, unfolded a wing and showed her a marvelous wedding ring.The marriage turns out to change their life in an even more delightful and beautiful experience the two mares confront together, and the love bond between them strongly intesifies with the passing of years.
