Family - RariPants

Second in line of the next generation families I'm drawing, this time it's Rarity's turn! I kinda like how she came out, although I have a few doubts regarding her husband and her daughter... Anyways, here are the extra info on Rares and Darynn:

Story: Rarity had always wanted a foal since she got married to the gentlestallion she loves. But she had to overcome many sufferings before finally seeing her hope come true: the couple tried countless times to conceive a foal, but every attempt was unsuccessful. After a few years, the mare went through an hysterical pregnancy and as soon as she found out the truth her hope shattered to pieces. She didn't dream of it anymore and burst into tears any time she saw another mare with her foal. She gave up trying and spent whole days in her shop with the excuse of work. Fancy Pants became sadder and sadder each passing day at the sight of his beloved wither when still in her prime. But he decided to give them one more chance and, after a party in Canterlot, the drunken couple spent the night together. It took Rarity by surprise when she discovered the delightful news a few months later, but she couldn't have been happier. During the pregnancy, the mother to come was incredibly calm and always peaceful, which worried a little those who knew her well, first of all her husband and younger sister. It seemed like nothing could make her angry, but the good time ended as soon as the happily welcomed filly was a few weeks old.
Darynn was the first joy in her mother's life in years. Her name in Greek means "gift", and the reason of why her parents chose this name is needless to say. The little filly was quite difficult to nurse and educate because she didn't act as you'd expect a filly her age. She was almost immune to scolding and any kind of punishment, and this represented a big problem to Rarity, especially when the filly did what she simply adored doing: nibble at the precious, rare tissues in her mother's closet. Nopony ever got to know how she effectively found or took them, but the result was always a disaster. The worst thing was that Darynn kept on doing it until she was 3, and it always took Fancy Pants' intervention to calm Rarity under the delighted eyes of their daughter. The only thing able to sadden her and make her understand that what she had done was wrong was ignore her all day long and turn the back to her any time she came for cuddles. After the heart breaking look she gave to her parents, Darynn usually went upstairs, into their bedroom, and ate all the pieces of paper she could find, from magazines to folders or business cards. This habit luckily died down some time later.
The filly discovered her talent when she was only 8 years old, at primary school. She got her cutie mark right during a school play, where she was playing the main role. Of course, the public was amazed and the other fillies and colts, classmates of Darynn, were very happy for her. She then raised this passion and got to always higher levels until, at the age of 18, she'll get a job in one of Canterlot's most famous theatres.
Because of her stunning skills, most ponies think Darynn often hides her feelings and plays a role even in her relationships. The truth is, actually, that Darynn is an incredibly terrible liar she's probably the most sensitive in her group of closest friends. She's also the youngest and maybe most romantic, but she isn't as dramatic or fancy as her mother. She loves spending time with her friends and with her family, too, but she usually prefers staying at home with her parents, rather than going to the fancy parties they're often invited to.
